The Garmin gWind™ Transducer Only (010-12117-20) is a replacement wind transducer that uses twin-fin technology with a 3-bladed propeller. The propeller gives more accurate TWS in lighter air, while the twin-fin design delivers a more stable TWA.

Unlike a cup design, the 3-bladed propeller is always efficient. Combined with optic reading, it provides superior accuracy at low wind speeds and excellent linearity. This configuration includes only the gWind transducer, making replacement simple when you need it.
