Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Compleat Angler Marine, we strive to process orders quickly and ensure every shipment arrives safely and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding shipping methods, processing times, and freight delivery procedures.


Order Processing

Orders typically require up to 24 hours for processing and packaging before shipment. Shipping transit times begin once the order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is not currently in stock or requires additional lead time, our team will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.


Standard Shipping (Parts & Accessories)

Free Shipping
Orders of $149.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the lower 48 United States.

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $149.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.95.

2-Day Shipping
When available, customers may select 2-day shipping for $24.95 on eligible in-stock items during checkout.

Please note that 2-day shipping is not available for outboard motors or oversized freight shipments, as these items ship via LTL freight carrier.


Freight Delivery (Outboard Motors)

Outboard motors and certain oversized products ship via LTL freight carrier rather than standard parcel services due to their size and weight.

Because these items require special handling, the delivery process differs slightly from standard package shipments.

Scheduled Delivery Appointment

Once your order has shipped, the freight carrier will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date and time.

Signature Required

A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the shipment.

Liftgate Service Included

For residential deliveries, liftgate service is included at no additional cost, allowing the carrier to safely lower the shipment from the truck.

Freight Shipping Rate

Outboard motors ship for a flat rate of $199.99 within the lower 48 United States.

Additional freight charges may apply for remote locations, islands, or areas with limited carrier access, depending on the delivery address.

Delivery Address Requirements

Outboard motors shipped via freight cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical delivery address is required for all motor shipments.

Orders placed with a P.O. Box for freight delivery may be delayed while a physical delivery address is confirmed.


Shipment Inspection

Please take a moment to inspect your shipment upon delivery.

If any visible damage is present, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing and contact our team immediately so we can assist with the claim process.


Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges. If applicable, our team will contact you to confirm freight costs prior to shipment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Freight shipments will typically include tracking information and a delivery appointment coordinated directly with the carrier.
